Giant pillow alert!
I started working on this zigzag pillow and did not realize how large it would turn out. A 25 inch pillow seems a little bit overkill to me :) Its so cute tho... not sure what to do with it. Any thoughts-ideas?
I could just remove a row from one side and from the top or bottom ... but then it kind of ruins the pattern in my opinion. Hrmmmm....

make it into a rounded pillow - like a cylinder. that might work!
are you stuck on it being a pillow? it IS darling - maybe you could add a few borders and make it into a baby quilt. that could to either way and any baby boy or girl would be lucky to have it. ?)
Funny that you thought baby blanket because Lukas and I were just discussing that. A blue border, red border, and blue binding - super cute baby blanket for a boy :)
You could easily sew it into a pillow, but once you have it right sides out, press it, and topstitch like 1-3 inches in from the edges. That would give it like a flat border. Did that make sense?
If ever there were a pillow, destined to be a pillow it is this lovely! All 25 inches of it. Could you make your own insert?
